What makes Hunt Valley Candles different?

I started making candles at nine years old, driven by creativity and the joy of handmade goods. As I embraced clean living, I became passionate about creating products that are beautiful, fragrant, and genuinely safe for your home and body.

What ingredients do you use?

We use100% natural soy waxand carefully selected ingredients. Our candles burn clean, and our body butters nourish skin without harsh chemicals or unnecessary additives.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our commitment to wellness means we avoid harsh chemicals and unnecessary additives. However, if you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredient lists or contact us with questions.

Is this a family business?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email us athuntvalleycandles@gmail.comto request a return. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first—returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

What items cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items (like beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! The fastest way is to return your current item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within10 business days. Note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days pass after approval without seeing your refund, contact us athuntvalleycandles@gmail.com.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong. We'll make it right.
